The Motorcycle Industry Accreditation Centre (MCIAC) is part of The Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA) based in Coventry. The MCIA has looked after the interests of the motorcycle industry for over 100 years. Our members are manufacturers and importers of powered two wheelers and the suppliers of associated goods and services in the UK.
MCIAC utilises the services of handpicked specialists to deliver, assess and quality assure our accreditation programmes and awards. We offer courses for both Approved Training Bodies (ATBs) and motorcycle rider training instructors.
The Motorcycle Industry Accreditation Centre (MCIAC) has been an Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) approved Accreditation Centre (since June 2013). The IMI visit MCIAC yearly to ensure that we meet the stringent standards set by the IMI, so you can be sure that our courses and quality assurance regimes are both relevant and robust. We deliver high quality training for professional individuals.
IMI Awards is the UK’s leading awarding body for the retail motor industry, who partner with expert working groups to ensure IMI industry-recognised qualifications are relevant and sector-specific. Recognised by governments and education authorities around the world, IMI Awards’ qualifications and accreditations are available at centres in Europe, Middle East, China and South East Asia.
